The NEW Cardinal Swim and Tennis Club is now accepting applications for the 2015 season! As of the 2015 season, we are pleased to announce that we are a MEMBERS OWNED facility, having acquired the swim and tennis facility from McConnel Golf’s Dye Course. We are currently leasing the facility with a 3 year option to purchase. All members are required to be owners and have either a common or preferred ownership interest in the club. We are organized by a volunteer Board of Directors and member/owners have voting rights for major club decisions.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We are excited to offer 2 membership types: SWIM AND TENNIS or TENNIS ONLY. Both membership types require the purchase of a common ownership share that is a one time fee of $1,000. This is not an initiation fee, but a unit share of the club that, when the club reaches full capacity, may have the ability to be sold to another member on our waiting list or sold with your home if you were to move. This also allows you to have voting rights in all major club decisions.
SWIM AND TENNIS | Annual Dues - $800 (plus one-time $1000 ownership share = $1800)
TENNIS ONLY | Annual Dues - $525 (plus one-time $1000 ownership share = $1525)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAY IN FULL:
A single payment of $1800 for swim and tennis or $1525 for tennis only.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS:
We are offering monthly payments which will be drafted on the 15th of each month. If your draft information is submitted prior to April 10, 2015, your 2015 dues can be divided into 9 equal payments (ex. $200 per month Mar-Dec for swim and tennis). Next year, your monthly dues would be $66.67 for the swim and tennis option (Jan-Dec) due to having paid your common ownership share this year.
